The Body Eclectic is a 3-day colloquium for the exchange of ideas, research and practices on the topic of embodiment and phenomenological experiences. Our goal is to promote encounters between different disciplines, professions, areas of expertise and contexts.

Program

Our program includes psychoanalyst, poet, activist, and Professor Emeritus, Robert Romanyshyn, and Canadian modern dancer, choreographer, and activist Margie Gillis. The Colloquium is accompanied by an exhibition, reading room, workshops and dinner reception.

Tickets

Registration opens January 1 2016 and closes March 1st 2016. Faculty, staff, and all other members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend this immersive, inclusive event. Current Thompson Rivers University students are welcome to attend, free with valid ID.
